We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and visionary Program Director to uphold and enhance the legacy of CFCW while also embracing the challenge of growing New Country and Boom networks across Rural Alberta.
Your qualifications
- Proven experience as a Program Director or Assistant Program Director, preferably with a successful track record in the Country format.
- A deep and authentic passion for Country music, with an encyclopedic knowledge of the genre from its roots to today.
- Demonstrated success in coaching and developing both veteran and emerging on-air talent.
- Proficiency with music scheduling software (i.e. MusicMaster) and broadcast automation systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- You thrive in an environment of collaboration, ideas and action.
- A community-minded individual who understands the unique character and needs of the Edmonton and central Alberta audience.
