Branch Assistant/Receptionist
How does the role impact the organization?
As a member of the team, reporting to the Branch Administrator, you will provide ongoing administrative support to the branch, and its clients.
What will your role be responsible for?
- Answer all incoming calls on the main switchboard;
- Greet and assist visiting clients and guests;
- Handle and correctly escalate urgent incoming client calls;
- Distribute and post mail;
- Organize and book boardroom meetings;
- Liaise with local caterers to order breakfast/lunches for presentations;
- Set up prior to and clean up after boardroom presentations;
- Set up prior to and clean up after individual client/advisor meetings;
- Accept, distribute and arrange all courier pick-up and deliveries;
- Maintain cleanliness in the boardrooms and reception area;
- Maintain inventory of stationery supplies and office equipment.
- Keep Kitchen stocked and clean
- Assist with accounts payable
- Provide assistance to other employees on various branch projects as required; and
- Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of
- MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Skill in
- Verbal, written and interpersonal communication;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;

- Show flexibility;
- Be self-motivating and ready to assist when needed;

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Reception/Administrative Assistant experience.

Salary Range: $45,000-55,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
