Position Summary:
The Residential Order Coordinator will work closely and simultaneously with various teams across the company to ensure that all residential orders are received, reviewed, and managed through our internal ticketing system from start to finish.
** Must have the flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends.**
Please note this position will be based out of our Etobicoke office.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all residential orders concurrently on a daily basis.
- Provide first call resolution ensuring customer requests, inquiries and concerns are processed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Interact with multiple internal departments to push forward the order or escalate when required in order to ensure the timelines are met.
- Adherence to processes, policies and objectives related to residential services with an understanding of other Beanfield products.
- Assist in the creation of the customer records and maintain client information using internal systems.
- Manage customer move request in an efficient and timely manner to ensure move dates are met.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- 2-3 years of related experience in office administration or customer service roles.
- Experience with JIRA and SAP an asset.
- Knowledge of VOIP, Internet and IPTV is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to multi-task/prioritize work in a timely manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work and act independently using good judgement when assessing difficult situations.
- Team player with superior interpersonal skills and professional demeanour.
- Works with a high level of tact, integrity and respect.
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Demonstrate sound work ethics.
