The actual position is expected to be in the United States and all the legal support for moving to the US would be available to qualified candidates. The successful candidate will be responsible for the meticulous disassembly, adjustment, and reassembly of vehicle interiors during the armor installation process on different makes and models SUVs, sedans and/or SWAT trucks. This role requires good knowledge of armoring vehicles, hands-on experience, precision to ensure all components are correctly installed, maintaining manufacturer and company quality, aesthetics, and functionality standards. This position is available to both those who are interested in only for short term contractual work or full time permanent employment in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Initial Disassembly: Perform the initial careful dismantling of vehicle interiors and relevant components, classify them, and store them appropriately. Interior Reassembly and Adjustment: Reassemble and adjust vehicle interiors post-armoring, ensuring the correct installation of: Dashboard components. Seats and safety elements (airbags, seat belts, electronic modules, etc.). Roof lining and interior panels. Wiring and electrical connections. Glass Installation: Assemble armored glass, including the installation and functionality of window regulators/lifts and proper sealing for fixed glass installations. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres strictly to quality, aesthetic, and functional standards set by both the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the company.
