About the role
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- University degree and 4 years of related experience, or minimum 8 years of related experience
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
- Solid experience in a high-volume food or hospitality environment
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
- Lead the team through planning, coaching and coordinating food selling activities to deliver to the common objectives and goals.
- Implement common commercial framework, standards, plans, WoW (Ways of Working), tools and KPI’s adapting to local requirements and legislation.
- Contribute insights and ideas to the market business plan as an integrated commercial partner and manage forecasting and budgeting in line with financial plan.
- Secure global and national compliance standards, as well as optimised levels of commerciality are achieved by cooperating effectively with key stakeholders.
- Ensure the customer has an inspiring food experience and secure that common store planning solutions and vitality packages are implemented within all food commercial areas.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 70800 CAD to 97350 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
