What You'll Do
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities to avoid disruptions
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues promptly and efficiently
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, prioritizing urgent needs
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and management teams to coordinate repairs and minimize guest impact
Who We're Looking For
- Skilled in basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs
- Detail-oriented and committed to completing tasks thoroughly and safely
- Dependable and proactive, with the ability to prioritize tasks and respond to issues efficiently
