From tackling daily tasks to jumping on guest requests, you keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how you like it. What You'll Do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities to avoid disruptions
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues promptly and efficiently
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, prioritizing urgent needs
• Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and management teams to coordinate repairs and minimize guest impact

Who We're Looking For

• Skilled in basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs
• Detail-oriented and committed to completing tasks thoroughly and safely
