About the role

Are you a passionate Physiotherapist who enjoys mentoring others, advancing clinical practice, and supporting professional growth? Northern Health is seeking a Clinical Educator, Physiotherapist to lead learning and development initiatives that strengthen clinical excellence across our teams. In this dynamic role, you will design and deliver education programs, support staff orientation, facilitate mentorship and preceptorship opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing development of clinical standards and best practices. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced clinician ready to combine hands-on expertise with leadership and education.

What You'll Bring

Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia. Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent education and training in leadership, education, or health systems. At least three years of clinical Physiotherapy experience across areas such as acute care, community, or residential services. Experience in a leadership, supervisory, mentorship, or educational capacity. Training in adult education or a comparable combination of education and experience. Strong coaching, teaching, and relationship-building skills. Valid BC Driver's License.
