The Opportunity:

We’re looking for aDining Room Supervisorto join ourLifestyle Options – Terra Losa teamon a full-time basis. In this role, you will plan and oversee the Dining Room department to ensure the delivery of high‑quality food, beverages, and exceptional customer service.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee all Front‑of‑House dining operations, including room setup, cleanliness, staff management, and the overall resident and guest dining experience.
  • Act as a working supervisor on the floor, modeling excellent service standards and engaging warmly and respectfully with residents.
  • Train, coach, and monitor dining staff to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service expectations.
  • Create staff schedules, assign tasks, and maintain appropriate staffing levels to support smooth meal service.
  • Address residents concern promptly, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with the Site Manager and Executive Chef on enhancing dining operations.
  • Complete supervisory administrative duties, follow health and safety requirements, and manage dietary profiles and related documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five (5) years of food‑service experience and one year in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional customer service, coaching, and mentorship skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication and solid computer proficiency.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and sound independent decision‑making.
  • Ability to empathize with seniors and work collaboratively across departments.
  • ProServe certification required (if applicable); banquet or seniors‑care experience considered an asset.
