About the role:

  • Develop and maintain theenterprise technology architecture, covering cloud, infrastructure, integration, platforms, and core technology patterns.
  • Define and updatereference architectures, technology principles, standards, and design patternsacross domains.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the**Target-State Architecture (TSA)**and ensure alignment with enterprise and solution roadmaps.
  • Provide architecture stewardship and thought leadership on modernization, cloud adoption, resilience, and technology optimization.
  • Create and maintainmulti-year technology roadmapsthat align with business capabilities, digital transformation priorities, and cloud strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations based on value, feasibility, and architectural fit.
  • Support investment planning by assessing architectural impacts, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Lead and participate in architecture review boards (ARB) and technology governance forums.
  • Ensure architectural requirements, standards, and guardrails are embedded in solution design, procurement, and implementation practices.
  • Assess solution architectures from LOB teams to ensure alignment with enterprise guardrails and technology strategy.
  • Provide architectural guidance on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), hybrid models, landing zones, and enterprise cloud patterns.
  • Define enterprise cloud principles, guardrails, and reusable patterns to ensure consistency, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with CloudOps, Security, Data, and Application teams to align cloud capabilities with enterprise objectives.
  • Partner with business architects, data architects, application architects, and security architects to ensure cross-domain coherence.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and product teams to enable well-architected solutions.
  • Communicate architectural recommendations to senior leadership and support strategic decision-making.
  • Support major initiatives by providing architectural direction, conducting assessments, and ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to solution architects and technical teams across the organization.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in technology architecture, enterprise architecture, or equivalent senior technical leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), modern infrastructure, network architecture, platform engineering, and patterns.
  • Experience establishing or contributing toarchitecture standards, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple domains and engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at senior levels
