About the role
Phreesia is looking for a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to support our fast-growing Sales Operations team. As a key member of the Deal Desk team, you’ll help drive success by supporting the structuring, review, and management of commercial agreements with media agencies and pharmaceutical companies. You’ll work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Market Development to ensure our deals are both competitive and compliant.

What You’ll Do:
- Reflect commercial terms into MSA, SOW, Insertion Order Addendum, and Amendment templates
- Review client proposals and contracts to ensure accuracy and consistency within pricing and commercial guidelines
- Triage Deal Desk approvals by working with appropriate cross-functional reviewers
- Maintain up-to-date document template and clause library
- Drive best practices to increase deal velocity and enhance processes to ensure compliance with standard rates and terms
- Work closely with Deal Desk leader on contract negotiations to help drive deal decisions
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in deal structuring, pricing, and contracting — ideally in the pharmaceutical or media industry
- Hands-on experience drafting and reviewing customer agreements
- Experience with CRM and a quoting tool (strong preference for Salesforce.com and CPQ) familiarity with a contract management tool is a plus
- Attention to details and sharp communication skills to navigate a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
