Sous la responsabilité du directeur de l'usine, le coordonnateur de la santé et de la sécurité sera principalement responsable du maintien de la mise en œuvre des activités liées au programme de santé et de sécurité de l'usine.
Ce que vous ferez dans ce rôle
Participer au développement, à la révision et à la mise en œuvre de programmes, de procédures de travail et de formation en matière de santé et de sécurité Soutenir la mise en œuvre du programme SST Participer à l'évolution de la culture de la santé et de la sécurité au travail et agir comme un agent de changement Accorder la priorité et coordonner les activités de prévention Appuyer le Directeur/rice Environnement, Santé et Sécurité dans ses différents projets Promouvoir la prévention et le changement de comportements sécuritaires par des communications et des activités de formation ou de promotion Participer aux comités de SST et autres réunions de sécurité Mener des enquêtes et des analyses d'incidents et un suivi des actions correctives (rapports d'incidents, études, etc.)
Effectuer des inspections mensuelles
Coordonner les activités liées au calendrier des exigences et des conformités Former les nouveaux employés dans le cadre de leur programme d'intégration et donner toutes les autres formations relié à la santé et sécurité Identifier et analyser les risques pour la santé et la sécurité Maintenir un environnement de travail sûr et sain tout en respectant les normes, lois et pratiques en place Toutes autres tâches assigné par le Directeur du site
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir
Diplôme collégial en santé et sécurité, certificat SST ou l’équivalent
3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans les opérations idéalement orientées en sécurité
Capacité de communiquer (écrire, lire, parlé) en anglais et français est essentiel
Expérience et connaissance pertinentes de la santé et de la sécurité, des normes et législations pertinentes Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément Sentiment d’autonomie, de responsabilité et de capacité à faire preuve d’initiative Bonne compétences informatiques Diplomatie, tact et la capacité de prise de décisions Bonne capacité d'influencer les autres
Job Description
Under the responsibility of the Plant Manager, the Health and Safety Coordinator will be primarily responsible for maintaining the implementation of activities related to the plant's health and safety program.
What you’ll do in this role
Participate in the development, revision and implementation of programs, work procedures and training relating to health and safety Support the implementation of the OSH program Participate in changing occupational health and safety culture and act as an agent of change Prioritize and coordinate prevention activities Support the Director of Environment, Health and Safety in his/her various projects Promote the prevention and the adoption of safe behaviours through communications and training or promotional activities Participate in OSH committees and other safety meetings Conduct investigations and analysis of incidents and follow-up of corrective actions (incident reports, surveys, etc.)
Conduct monthly inspections
Coordinate activities related to the requirements and conformities schedule Train new employees as part of their integration program and give all other training related to health and safety Identify and analyze health and safety risks Maintain a safe and healthy working environment while respecting the standards, laws and practices in place Any other duties assigned by the Site Manager
What you’ll need to be successful
College diploma in health and safety, OSH certificate or equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience in Operations ideally focused in Safety Ability to communicate (writing, reading, speaking) in English and French is essential Relevant experience and knowledge of health and safety, relevant laws and regulations Good organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Sense of autonomy, responsibility and ability to demonstrate initiative Excellent computer skills Diplomacy, tact and decision making ability Good capacity to influence
