Tasks
- Data entry / invoicing.
- Manage appointment scheduling.
- Plan merchandise pickups.
- Assist with tracking shipments transferred to line-haul agents.
- Ensure good customer service.
- Add additional charges to transport invoices.
- Process driver registration.
- Investigate and follow up on missing merchandise.
- Perform any other tasks required by the position.

Job requirements
- 1 to 2 years of exp_erience in an administrative role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite applications.
- Advanced proficiency in English to provide excellent service to clients from other Canadian provinces, approximately 80% of the time.
- Knowledge of Truckmate software (an asset).
- Access to a vehicle.
