JobSummary
TheroleoftheProductionMechanicistoperformpreventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceonproductionequipment,coordinateandfollowuponassignedprojectactivities,whilecomplyingwithHSEregulations,GMPstandards,andotherapplicableguidelines,standards,andregulations.Therolealsoincludesusingmachinetoolstomanufactureorrepairprecisionparts.
2.MainResponsibilities
MaintenanceofEquipmentandMechanicalServices:
- Performpreventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceonproductionequipment (manufacturingandpackaging).
- Completeallrequiredtasksaccordingtoserviceprioritieswhilerespectingapplicablestandards.
- Providetechnicalsupportforproductionequipmentandresolveoperationalissues.
- Informthedepartmentheadordelegateofanyissuesencounteredduringmaintenanceand/orprojects.
- Maintaintheautomaticpalletizingsystemthroughpreventiveandcorrectiveinterventions.
- Performpreventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceoncertainequipmentinotherdepartments (laboratory,warehouse).
- Performmechanicalmachining (repairand/ormanufacturing)andweldingtasks.
- UsetheSAPsystemforconsultation,planning,andworkorderconfirmation.
- Ensurecompliancewithdeadlinesandexecutionofworkordersundertheirresponsibility.
- Ensurecompliancewithqualityprocesses,GMP,andHSEduringequipmentmodifications.
- Respondto "client"requestsrelatedtomechanicalissueswithequipment.
- Maintainacleanandsafeworkarea,inaccordancewithGMPandoccupationalsafetyrequirements.
Projects:
- Participateintheplanning,organization,andimplementationofprojectsrelatedtoproductionequipment (packagingandmanufacturing).
- Providesupportduringthestart-upandoperationofequipment.
- Coordinateandoverseeworkperformedbyexternalcontractorsrelatedtothepreventive/correctivemaintenanceofproductionequipment.
- CarryoutallassignedtasksrelatedtoequipmentvalidationinaccordancewithGMP,HSE,andotherspecificregulatoryrequirements.
