Who we are:
CAA Niagara is a proud Niagara Region employer, that strives on delivering rewarding experiences and enhancing the lives of our community. For over one hundred years, we have been a staple within our community, providing such services as emergency roadside assistance, travel services, insurance coverage, membership and rewards savings; continually growing our suite of relevant services and products.

Part-Time | Onsite

This isn't your typical desk job. As a Member Service Representative, you are the face of CAA Niagara — the first and lasting impression for our members, whether they walk through our doors or call us on the phone.

This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced position where no two days look the same. You'll wear many hats, from sales advisor and customer support specialist to travel insurance, all while staying on the move and shifting roles to meet the needs of the day. Your ability to adapt, connect, and create exceptional experiences is what makes you a standout.

Does this sound like you?

  • You thrive on variety and love the idea of switching tasks.
  • You're a people person, energized by interactions both in person and over the phone.
  • You're ready to step into a role that blends customer service, sales, and support.

What’s in it for you

  • Opportunities for training, growth, and development
  • Wellness and green living reimbursements
  • Participate in our Give Where You Live community program

What You’ll Do

As a Member Service Representative, you'll be expected to:

  • Be a CAA Niagara Ambassador, representing our values and mission with professionalism and pride.
  • Deliver exceptional in-person and over-the-phone customer service that builds trust and loyalty.
  • Assist members with a wide range of services: joining/renewing memberships, savings programs, insurance and travel referrals, and more.
  • Seamlessly move between roles and locations based on daily needs — flexibility and a team-player mindset are essential.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information, ensuring every member leaves with more value than when they came in.

What you bring

  • A strong passion for customers with experience providing exceptional service
  • Skills: Tech-savvy with Microsoft applications, great communication, strong multitasking, and an eye for detail.
  • Personality: Outgoing, dependable, flexible, and eager to learn. You’re someone who thrives in a busy, ever-changing environment.
  • Availability: Able to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends).

Interview Process

We want to ensure the right fit for both you and our team. Here's what you can expect:

Stage 1: Telephone interview

Stage 2: In-person interview at one of our branch locations

Stage 3: Reference checks and background screening
