Sales Enablement is a vital function with the key goals of increasing deal conversion by improving buyer engagements, driving organizational alignment, accelerating the sales pipeline, and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
The Revenue Enablement Manager will work cross-functionally with sales operations, sales development/training, product marketing, content marketing, field marketing, and HR. This role supports the development and execution of Sales Enablement initiatives for Field Sales roles (Account Executives, Account Reps, Customer Sales, Inside Sales, and Partner Managers) to help increase sales productivity and support the growth of the sales organization.
What You Will Do

Conduct analyses of the current state of sales productivity in conjunction with Sales Operations.

Support the establishment of metrics and objectives for sales enablement and provide recommendations to increase sales productivity.

Map the company’s sales process to the customer buying journey and identify the skills, knowledge, tools, and processes required to increase velocity and conversion at each stage.

Assess current skills, knowledge, and processes across the sales organization and collaborate with sales leadership to identify strengths and development opportunities.

Contribute to the creation and ongoing management of the 12–18 month Sales Enablement roadmap.

Develop and deliver components of sales playbooks for Field Sales roles, collaborating closely with first-line managers, sales operations, education, and product marketing.

Update playbooks based on seller feedback and market changes.

Support the creation of development resources for frontline managers to improve coaching and team leadership effectiveness.

Coordinate and contribute to a comprehensive sales onboarding program in partnership with HR and Internal Communications.

Partner with sales leadership and HR to support the implementation of a sales competency and assessment framework.

Help drive measurable improvements in sales productivity across Field Sales roles.

Utilize sales technology tools for reporting, insights, and benchmarking.

Participate in the evaluation and deployment of technologies that improve field efficiency and effectiveness.

Regularly spend time in the field with managers and reps to understand seller needs and ensure enablement deliverables reflect real-world requirements.
What You Will Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities, and education.
Required Qualifications
-
BS/BA required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement within global high-tech B2B organizations.
-
Direct field sales and/or quota-carrying experience strongly preferred.
-
Experience contributing to the development and rollout of sales processes, methodologies, and sales playbooks.
-
Experience supporting the creation of onboarding and ongoing training programs for field sales.
-
Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Highspot).
-
Ability to create and track metrics that demonstrate improvements in sales productivity.
-
Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.
