Data Engineer – SQL / Python / ETL / Snowflake Toronto, Ontario, Canada | T4 Contract | Onsite About the Role Our consulting client is looking for a Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in SQL, Python, ETL development, and Snowflake. This role is based in Toronto and requires return-to-office availability. The ideal candidate will have experience working with data pipelines, transforming large datasets, and supporting cloud-based data warehouse environments. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Use Python for data processing, automation, and pipeline support. Work with Snowflake to support data warehouse development and data integration. Collaborate with technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions. Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and pipeline issues. Support documentation and best practices for data engineering processes. Required Skills / What You Bring Strong SQL development experience. Hands-on Python experience. Experience designing and supporting ETL processes. Snowflake experience. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts. Ability to work in an onsite / RTO model in Toronto. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
