About the role

A career as a Senior Analyst in the Domestic Corporate Actions team within Financial Markets Operations (FMO) means putting your expertise to work in the evolution and execution of the business strategy for Financial Markets and Wealth Management. It’s a role that allows you to pursue your ambitions with empowerment and collaboration. Through your involvement in various processes related to market events, you contribute to the transformation of the Bank.

Your Role

  • Identify complex operational issues through information analysis and resolve them by making recommendations within general parameters.
  • Act as a resource person for various types of requests from internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Validate various processes related to market events.
  • Mitigate all associated risks in the activity and resolve technical problems by choosing the best solution among various options.
  • Stay up to date with developments in your field and make recommendations to improve processes, systems, and practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Identify and analyze stakeholder needs to ensure the design of systems, tools, or work processes adapted to their situation.

Your Team

Within the Domestic Corporate Actions sector of FMO, you’ll be part of a team of 20 dynamic colleagues and report to the Senior Director, Market Events. You’ll join a team that constantly strives to have a major impact on the success of the Bank. Its mission is to contribute to the success of Financial Markets through top-tier operational expertise and sound risk management.

Prerequisites

  • A three-year university degree or equivalent academic background, plus four years of relevant experience.
  • Experience related to operations in the securities field.
  • Knowledge of ISM, AS400, BPS, Murex, XSP is desirable

Languages:

English, French
