We’re now seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Online Social Media Sales Manager to lead our digital marketing and social media-driven sales strategy — and play a key role in expanding our brand presence and customer acquisition channels.
Position Overview:
As the Senior Online Social Media Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing online strategies that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion through social media and digital platforms. You will lead a small team and collaborate with cross-functional departments including sales, marketing, and operations to align digital outreach with corporate goals.
This is a strategic and hands-on role — ideal for a results-oriented professional with deep experience in social media marketing, digital sales funnels, content strategy, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok) to drive lead generation and brand awareness in the energy retail space.
- Plan, create, and oversee paid ad campaigns across social media platforms to support customer acquisition and engagement goals.
- Manage the content calendar and work with internal or external creative teams to produce compelling posts, videos, infographics, and thought leadership content.
- Build and optimize digital sales funnels that integrate with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and support the customer journey.
- Use performance data and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track KPIs, measure ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and platform updates to ensure strategies remain innovative and competitive.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align online campaigns with field and inside sales efforts, enabling more qualified leads and higher conversion rates.
- Represent the company brand voice online and uphold high standards for accuracy, professionalism, and engagement.
- Lead and mentor junior team members or digital marketing coordinators.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, with at least 2+ years focused on B2B or service-based industries.
- Proven track record of driving sales or lead generation through social media channels.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, paid advertising (Meta, Google Ads), and conversion optimization.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of the energy sector or utilities industry is a strong asset.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and content development skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in social media analytics, A/B testing, and campaign tracking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.
