Position Overview
We’re looking for a Creative Ads Strategist to help us scale our digital advertising efforts and support our growing creative needs. Reporting directly to the Creative Lead/Design Specialist, and working closely with media, marketing & lead specialists you’ll bring ideas to life through ad design, campaign strategy, and performance-focused iteration. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design execution and ad performance, who can jump in to relieve workload pressure, and who’s constantly looking for ways to make social ads more effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Ad Creative Development: Design engaging social media ads (FB/IG) using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and build reusable templates to streamline campaign production.
- Campaign Support: Assist the Creative Lead and Director of Media in developing, testing, and optimizing creative strategies and designs that drive qualified leads at efficient CPLs.
- Insight-Driven Design: Translate campaign data into fresh creative approaches that improve performance and drive new patient acquisition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the broader Marketing Team, supporting clinics with compelling creative tailored to their markets.
- Innovation: Stay on top of digital ad trends, formats, and best practices; proactively suggest new creative concepts, ad formats, offers, and visual approaches.
- Testing & Iteration: Continuously test variations, refine templates, and implement learnings to scale what works
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Strong interest in paid social media advertising and digital customer acquisition.
- Comfortable balancing creative execution with performance data.
- Organized and adaptable — able to handle multiple clinic partnerships and shifting priorities.
- A proactive mindset: always looking for new, creative ways to make ads more effective.
- Ability to create short videos and reels for social
