Executive Assistant (to CCO & CSO)
About the role
Job Description The Role We’re looking for a highly organized, intuitive, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Creative Officer (CCO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). This role goes beyond traditional calendar management, it requires someone who understands how creative organizations operate and can anticipate the needs of a fast-moving creative and strategy leader.
You’ll be a strategic partner in managing time, priorities, and internal communication flow, ensuring the CCO and CSO can focus on leading exceptional creative work.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support
- Manage and optimize the CCO/CSO’s calendar with a clear understanding of shifting priorities.
- Schedule internal and external meetings, balancing creative reviews, leadership sessions, and client commitments.
- Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-ups as needed.
- Help support travel and expenses
Creative Process Coordination
- Understand the creative workflow and project timelines to book the right meetings at the right moments.
- Prioritize reviews and working sessions based on project urgency and business impact.
- Support the Creative Resource Manager by coordinating and booking creatives for internal reviews and milestone presentations.
- Ensure creative teams and strategists are aligned on timing and expectations for review sessions.
- Help to coordinate strategy team meetings such as monthly all hands and on-going training
Internal Communications & Culture
- Support planning and logistics for all-staff meetings, town halls, and key internal gatherings.
- Assist with internal communications from the CCO and CSO, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Act as a connective tissue between leadership and creative /strategy teams helping maintain transparency and momentum.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Anticipate needs before they arise, solving problems proactively.
- Create systems that improve efficiency across scheduling and communication workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of how agency teams and processes operate (agency, studio, production, or in-house creative environment).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Calm, solution-oriented, and highly discreet.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and creative talent alike.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
