Position Overview:

Compugen is seeking an innovative AI & Automation Lead who can translate business objectives into technical solutions across multiple platforms—including ServiceNow, Boomi, Talkdesk, LogicMonitor, and emerging technologies. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise: you will define automation roadmaps aligned to business goals, guide stakeholders through process improvements, and build integrations and AI‑powered workflows that increase efficiency and improve customer outcomes. It’s a blend of consultant and technologist—helping leaders see what’s possible with automation while also making it real.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape Automation Strategy
    • Work with business leaders to identify pain points and opportunities for automation and AI across ITSM, contact center, monitoring, and integration processes. Leverage customer journey mapping and data analysis to uncover repetitive, high-value tasks suited to AI.
    • Develop business cases, ROI projections, and roadmaps that tie automation initiatives to Compugen’s overall strategy.
  • Architect & Implement Technical Solutions
    • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows on ServiceNow, Boomi, and Talkdesk.
    • Develop integrations solutions and data pipelines linking voice platforms, enterprise apps, and monitoring tools, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business processes.
    • Leverage different AI categories to improve efficiency and customer experience - such as generative AI, deep learning, and Natural Language Processing.
  • Bridge Business & Technical Teams
    • Lead workshops and collaboration sessions across different teams to ensure that automation strategies support the entire customer experience.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into business language that stakeholders can understand. Provide pre-sales support, including scoping, domain-separation guidance, and licensing/pricing recommendations.
  • Establish Governance & Best Practices
    • Define standards for responsible AI use and integration design. Develop documentation, playbooks, and change-management procedures to ensure that automation initiatives scale effectively.
    • Track consumption metrics and cost models to align with financial goals.
  • Mentor & Evangelise
    • Coach developers and administrators on automation best practices. Host knowledge-sharing sessions to promote a culture of innovation.
    • Stay abreast of emerging AI and automation technologies; evaluate opportunities to integrate new tools (e.g., voice bots, monitoring analytics) into our platform strategy.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Balanced Expertise: 7+ years of combined experience in enterprise automation/AI solutions and business consulting. Proven ability to design robust technical solutions while partnering with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Multi‑Platform Skills: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Boomi, Talkdesk, LogicMonitor, or similar platforms. Ability to design and support API integrations, call‑center workflows, and monitoring automation.
  • AI & Generative-ML Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with various AI categories—including generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing—with the ability to configure and optimize features such as case summarization, AI-driven agents, and virtual assistants.
  • Process & ITSM Familiarity: Strong grasp of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and customer-service best practices; adept at mapping business processes and translating them into automated solutions.
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills for both technical and executive audiences. Experience leading cross-functional teams, driving change management, and delivering pre-sales support.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Passion for staying current on automation trends and emerging technologies; committed to continuous learning and process improvement.
