Lightspeed is looking for a System Configuration Specialist to join our Information Systems team and play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of our NetSuite ERP implementation. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our finance teams, guiding them on best practices for embedding financial processes into Lightspeed's ERP and broader systems landscape.
You'll be at the forefront of several high-impact initiatives, including the consolidation of enterprise reporting, rollout of a modern quote-to-cash process, adoption of e-invoicing, AI-driven collections, advanced revenue recognition, and streamlined provisioning for both hardware and software. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of Lightspeed's next-generation financial operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver system implementations continuously following the principles of agile development.
- Align business processes with industry best practices
- Design customized solutions and optimize NetSuite based on requirements
- Collaborating with Product managers, Product Designers, Software Developers and other stakeholders throughout the software solutioning process.
- Managing initiatives through the prototyping, design, configuration, development and delivery phases.
- Implement various modules in Netsuite teaming with implementation developers.
- Build and maintain and document applications data model standards
- Assist during UAT, and training sessions.
What you need to bring:
- Proven track record delivering successful business solutions.
- Strong experience in technical analysis, systems' design, peer review, prototyping, build and release, quality processes, automation, task estimation, maintenance and support.
- Experience in building, configuring and customizing Netsuite OneWorld.
- Experience with ARM, Suite Billing, Inventory Management, Field Services, Suite Analytics
- Experience with Multi- Subsidiary AR and AP Process
- Experience in converging multi-orgs into 1 master
- Experience with intercompany transfer
- Experience in the SAAS business model, Hardware and Software asset management.
- Experience integrating CRM, Billing and ERP systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Hubspot, Suite Billing, Zuora, Stripe or similar
Even better if you have, but not necessary:
- NetSuite Certification (NetSuite Foundation/Administrator, ARM enabled, ERP Consultant, Analytics user) is an asset
- Computer Sciences, MIS degree or equivalent
- Experience with Billing systems, Avalara and payments gateways
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with technologies in the enterprise applications world ( agile methods,certifications, trainings)
