Requirements Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (a plus).
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
