Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Senior Analyst, Global Physical Security Operations Center (PSOC) is responsible for supporting the strategic and operational functions of the PSOC, ensuring the protection of the organization’s global assets, employees, and operations. This role involves supporting the implementation of a comprehensive security strategies, integrating advanced security technologies, and fostering a proactive security culture. The Senior Analysts will drive the day-to-day operations of the PSOC, that includes the centralization of continuous real time surveillance, monitoring, alerts, triage, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a secure environment.

The Global Physical Security Operation Centre operates a centralized hub for real-time threat monitoring, timely alerting and delivering a coordinated response. It delivers operational value by driving consistent workflows, reducing response times and enhancing situational awareness through integration and the use of various intelligence platforms.

The role drives the broader vision and strategy, by strengthening our ability to detect, assess and act on real-time and emerging threats globally enabling informed decision making to support our employees, assets and operations.

What will you do?

  • Support the 24/7 operations of the Global Physical Security Operations Centre, ensuring efficient monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents.
  • Identify and drive the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) by ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Drive the design of workflows for processing intelligence and the escalation of incidents
  • Apply the integration of advanced security technologies and systems into physical security operations, including physical security technology, and case management systems
  • Act in the response to security incidents as required, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective resolution.
  • Provide cadenced reporting on established performance metrics and service levels to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the PSOC program and personnel
  • Manage the onboarding, training and development of a dynamic team of PSOC Analysts and provide technical and operational oversight to their operations worldwide
  • Support regular updates and reports to Director, Physical Security Operations Center on PSOC security trends.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in GSOC/PSOC or similar physical security environment.
  • Proven experience with threat intelligence platforms and situation alerting tools
  • Strong knowledge of physical security, incident management, and conducting risk assessments.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in high-stress situations.
  • Ability to work in a combination of in-office and remote shifts based on operational needs. The role includes coverage during weekends and holidays with participation in an on-call rotation to support afterhours incident response

Nice-to-have

  • Relevant certifications to Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) or intelligence analysis are highly desirable
  • Certifications such as CPP, PSP, PMP or CISSP are desirable.
  • Experience in integrating and leveraging advanced security technologies that support the orchestration of data.
