About the Role
We're looking for a dependable, motivated Logistics Associate to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position that combines warehouse operations (approximately 70%) with delivery driving (approximately 30%), making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in providing excellent service both behind the scenes and on the road. As a Logistics Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared, efficiently managed, and safely delivered throughout Alberta. You'll represent our company professionally while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations (Approx. 70%)
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments. Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization. Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other material handling equipment. Support day-to-day warehouse operations as needed.
Delivery & Logistics (Approx. 30%)
Safely operate Transit, 3-Ton, and 5-Ton single-axle delivery vehicles. Deliver products to customers at various locations throughout Alberta. Complete scheduled warehouse transfers between branch locations. Utilize GPS routing and digital order tracking systems to complete deliveries efficiently. Load and unload delivery vehicles while ensuring products arrive safely and in excellent condition. Maintain accurate digital delivery logs and required documentation. Follow all transportation regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. Provide professional, courteous customer service at every delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience operating 3-Ton or 5-Ton delivery vehicles (preferred). Valid Class 5 Driver's License. Must meet the insurance eligibility requirements to operate company vehicles. Clean driving record with minimal traffic violations. Comfortable driving in Alberta weather conditions. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift 40–50 lbs on a regular basis. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
