About this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contract Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our in‑house Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for a portfolio of technical and IT roles across the organization.

This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced corporate environment and brings strong market knowledge across technology talent.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical and IT positions, including but not limited to infrastructure, cybersecurity, quality assurance and application development

  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, advise on market conditions, and develop effective attraction strategies

  • Proactively source and engage technical talent using LinkedIn (Recruiter), ATS, referrals, and other sourcing channels

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical capability, culture add, and role fit

  • Support coordination of interview processes, provide candidate guidance, and ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the applicant tracking system

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, employer branding, and candidate pipelines

What You Bring

Must-have:

  • Post-secondary education with a concentration in Human Resources or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Experience directly recruiting for IT/technology related roles, preferably in an in‑house/corporate environment

  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and hiring trends within the IT market

  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive technical talent

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Comfortable working with ATS platforms and recruitment tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience recruiting for highly specialized or niche technical roles
  • Prior contract recruitment experience within mid‑to‑large organizations
  • Experience recruiting within a regulatory organization
  • Strong capability in building diverse technical talent pipelines and supporting inclusive hiring practices

Our Recruitment Process
