About the role

Transdev Canada is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in our Victoria, Kelowna, Kamloops or location.

Transdev Canada, the largest multi-modal privately owned transportation company in Canada, is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planning & Performance Coordinator.

Your role:

  • Create and update campaign and planned maintenance work orders within the asset management program (Hexagon) in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Review, prioritize, and schedule incoming work orders in alignment with resource availability and operational requirements.

  • Support shops to ensure campaign and planned maintenance work orders are completed before due dates.

  • Close and submit work orders promptly with complete and accurate details

  • Ensure meter readings are accurate and submitted on time

  • Support performance reporting and analytics, providing specific reports to multiple location managers. (e.g., work order completion rates, downtime, schedule compliance).

  • Ensure all maintenance work is planned and carried out in compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform other responsibilities as requested or required.

Your profile:

  • 2+ years of experience working with enterprise asset management programs (experience with Hexagon would be considered a major asset).

  • General understanding of maintenance and work orders gained from 2+ years in a similar role.

  • You have strong communication / organizational skills.

  • Computer literate with experience in Excel, Word, Office Outlook (email), and capable to learn and/or function with other in-house software.

Your location:

  • This is an on-site position which can be located at one of our BC based operations (Victoria, Fraser Valley, Kelowna, Vernon, Kamloops) or based in our Calgary office

  • Salaried employee, averaging 40 hours per week Monday – Friday.
