The Opportunity
As a Mechanic at TAG, you’ll maintain and repair an exciting variety of vehicles, including snowmobiles, quads, side-by-sides, snowcats, light-duty vehicles, and buses. This role is perfect for someone with strong small-engine skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This is a replacement role for one of our senior mechanics, offering a chance to work in a supportive team that values skill, safety, and adventure.

What you bring to the table:
- Previous experience as a mechanic
- Strong small engine repair skills
- Experience with snowmobiles and side-by-sides
- Welding experience (an asset)
- Heavy-duty diesel repair knowledge (an asset)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Passion for safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality results
What your days will look like
- Maintain and repair a diverse fleet of vehicles, including:
- Snowmobiles
- Quads
- Side-by-sides
- Snowcat
- Light-duty vehicles
- Bus fleet
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Ensure all vehicles and equipment meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and fun work environment
