Job description: Hearing Instrument Specialist Full-Time Hearing Instrument Specialist – Lindsay, Bobcaygeon, Fenelon Falls & Bancroft, ON Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year + comprehensive benefit plan We are seeking a full-time Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) to join our established and growing hearing healthcare practice serving Central Ontario. This role offers a strong clinical focus, a supportive team environment, and access to modern diagnostic and fitting technology.
Responsibilities: Hearing assessments and screening Hearing aid evaluation, selection, fitting, and dispensing Real ear verification (AudioScan Verifit) Follow-up care, counselling, and patient education Cerumen management Ongoing patient care and device maintenance
Qualifications: Registered (or eligible for registration) with the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario (AHIP) Strong communication and patient-care skills Experience preferred; new graduates welcome

Our team includes Audiologists, Hearing Instrument Specialists, and experienced support staff, many of whom have been with us long-term. Clinics are equipped with updated GSI audiological equipment and AudioScan Verifit systems, and we work with multiple leading hearing aid manufacturers.
