**Job Title:**HSE Data & Reporting Coordinator
**Reports To:**Director, HSE and Sustainability
**Location:**Calgary, AB
**Position Summary:**As the HSE Data & Reporting Coordinator with Source Energy Services, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a progressive and fast-paced group of professionals in the HSE department. Engaging closely with the HSE Team, the position is responsible for management of critical HSE systems and data, including analysis and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the HSE Operations. The HSE Data & Reporting Coordinator will be responsible for continuous improvement of various systems, processes, Reports and documents.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage HSE software
- Ensure the continual improvement of HSE technology programs to meet the requirements of our field related activity.
- Update HSE databases by searching for improvements and working with software developers to adjust programs as needed.
- Update both input forms and output reports from various systems.
- Manage HSE data integrity
- Ensure employee roles and status are accurately maintained.
- Manage employee training assignment and compliance information.
- Manage Contractor Management data.
- Run monthly / Quarterly HSE reports using a combination of HSE programs and Microsoft Excel.
- HSE Support
- Understand, Analyze and report on HSE trends from the data collected.
- Aid in the onboarding and orientation process.
- Collect and analyze data for Environment reporting. Previous greenhouse gas emission reporting experience an asset.
- Ensuring performance metrics are aligned with our HSE strategies and objectives.
- Work with HSE Managers to understand their needs for program data capture in regard to training, orientation, auding and inspections, observations, asset data and program output reports.
- Manage the HSE performance of the corporate office team.
Who We’re Looking For:

Related Post-Secondary education is required; either a Health, Safety and Environment Certificate or Diploma is preferred.

Minimum 1 to 3 years’ progressive experience in an equivalent Health & Safety role.

Computer literate, very efficient with data management.

Expert level proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint as well as Adobe.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple concurrent assignments is essential.

High attention to detail with, especially with regards to statistical data, and accurate report generation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Source Energy Services is a company that focuses on the integrated production and distribution of frac sand, as well as the distribution of other bulk completion materials not produced by Source. About Source Energy Services Ltd.
Source is a fully integrated producer, supplier, and distributor of high quality frac sand, primarily to the WCSB. Source provides its customers with a full end-to-end solution through its Wisconsin mines and processing facilities, its Domestic sand mine in Peace River, its unit train capable rail assets, its strategically located transload terminal network, and its "last-mile" logistics capabilities. Source's full-service approach allows customers to rely on its logistics capabilities to increase reliability of supply and to ensure the timely delivery of their growing frac sand requirements. In addition to its transload terminal network and in-basin storage capabilities, Source has also developed the Sahara, a proprietary wellsite mobile sand storage and handling system.
Source owns and operates a Northern White frac sand mine and related closed-loop wet processing plant located in east-central Barron County near the town of Sumner, Wisconsin, a Northern White frac sand mine and related closed-loop wet processing plant, which includes three washing circuits, dry processing plant and unit train capable loadout facility, located near Blair, Wisconsin , a dry processing plant, storage and loadout facility located in Weyerhaeuser, Wisconsin, and a Northern White frac sand mine and related closed-loop wet processing plant, dry processing plant, and loadout facility, located near Blair, Wisconsin. Early in 2022, Source assumed all operations, distribution, and sale of domestic frac sand from a facility in Peace River, AB. This transaction provided Source with the opportunity to integrate Peace River frac sand into Source's leading distribution network resulting in low-cost production with significant logistical advantage and ensures efficiency of supply for our customers while expanding the company's footprint and product offerings as well.
