Analyst, Property Performance Analytics
The Analyst, Property Performance Analytics plays a key role in delivering high‑quality insights and reporting across multiple commercial pillars, with a primary focus on Revenue Management and Distribution and opportunities to support Sales and Strategic Partnerships. Reporting to the Manager, Property Performance Analytics, this role contributes to KPI development, performance tracking, and analytical solutions that enable both short‑term results and long‑term commercial strategy.
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to communicate insights clearly. The individual must be comfortable working across a matrix organization, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyze Revenue Management and Distribution performance across hotels, channels, and rate products to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to demand, budget alignment, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor rate integrity and distribution compliance through parity and channel performance analysis, identifying root causes of discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to support commercial performance tracking.
- Support the development and refinement of commercial KPIs across Revenue Management, Distribution, and Sales, ensuring alignment on definitions and measurement.
- Translate analysis into actionable insights through clear data storytelling, visualizations, and summaries that inform commercial strategies and performance interventions.
- Provide cross-pillar analytics support by preparing datasets, conducting analyses, and delivering insights on account, market, and partner performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and UAT, alignment on business rules and metric definitions, and partnership with BI and Data Engineering teams to resolve data issues.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across Revenue Management, Distribution, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Residential, Finance, and IT to align priorities, reporting needs, and analytical initiatives.
- Manage external vendor and partner relationships supporting analytics, benchmarking, and reporting initiatives to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders on progress, insights, and timelines to manage expectations and maintain transparency across initiatives.

- Stronger cross-functional alignment and stakeholder confidence through transparent reporting, actionable insights, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the successful execution of projects.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of analytical experience in the areas of marketing and sales, business & customer intelligence, segmentation and market research. Previous experience in Hospitality is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical or similar field.
- Ability to analyze hotel, channel, market, and account performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting using Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Ability to structure datasets, perform UAT, and ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting outputs.
- Ability to define, track, and refine commercial performance metrics.
- Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data modelling concepts to support scalable analytics and reporting.
- Experience partnering with BI developers, data engineers, and IT teams to enhance reporting solutions and resolve data issues.
- Expert in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

- Critical Thinking: Analyze trends and patterns in data and system processes to derive recommendations that support strategic goals.
- Project Management: Organize and manage processes, expectations, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of key milestones. Coordinate testing and validation of system changes and enhancements with stakeholders and technical teams.
Annual Salary Range:$75,000 - $90,000 CAD
This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
