Summary
We are looking for a We are looking for a dynamic and driven Dental Sales Manager to expand our market presence who is a high-performing team player that takes accountability, embraces continuous learning and applies their analytical mindset creatively and critically to the deliverables at hand as an effective team player. You will get a unique opportunity to develop your talent, as our challenges constantly evolve within the team.
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the dental segment.
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of dental sales representatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dentists, and procurement decision-makers.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and maximize performance.
- Represent the company at dental trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Creating and optimizing processes aimed at continuous productivity, accuracy, and cross-function communication improvement
Required Skills, Knowledge or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in dental or medical device sales; at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of dental products, solutions, and industry dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of working with cross-functional stakeholders of varied seniority to create customer and business focused tech
