Your Way Auto is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team!
Located at 692 Windmill Rd, Dartmouth, NS, B3B 2A5
Hourly Wage Range: $18.15-$20.00 Plus Bonus!
The Service Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of our dealership. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, this position helps set the tone for the entire Your Way Auto experience. From managing vehicle detailing, to dispatch service tasks, the Service Coordinator helps keep our team organized, our customers informed, and our service department running efficiently. What Your Day-to-Day will look like:
- Greet customers, receive vehicles, and create work orders.
- Coordinate and monitor vehicle detailing and service workflow.
- Order necessary parts and manage inventory, conducting regular checks.
- Communicate with customers on vehicle status and additional services.
- Oversee the detailing process to ensure high standards are met.
- Manage the work schedule for timely service delivery.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accurate billing and resolving discrepancies.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for managing work orders and inventory.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
