Position Summary
Your primary role will be to connect with individuals who are seeking private surgery options in Canada. You will be responsible for educating potential patients on our services, understanding their specific needs, and guiding them through the process of selecting the right surgical solution by working closely with healthcare providers and surgical teams. The ideal candidate is someone who can establish trust and build meaningful relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Serve as the main contact for patients, providing clear, empathetic guidance on surgical options, risks, benefits, and recovery.
- Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to consultation scheduling.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term patient relationships, addressing concerns and providing support.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on services, pricing, and procedures to answer inquiries confidently.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up to support patient decisions and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with clinical and admin teams for seamless care.
- Performance: Track KPIs such as service uptake, satisfaction, and engagement to drive outcomes.
