Lead Growth. Build Capability. Drive Exceptional Results.
At Westeck, we've spent more than 25 years saying "yes" to projects and challenges others couldn't handle. We design and manufacture custom windows, doors, and patio openings for homeowners, builders, architects, and designers who demand something extraordinary.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building capability in others, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering consistent results in a performance-driven environment.

- Partner cross-functionally to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
Drive Strategy Execution and Sales Discipline
- Translate corporate sales strategy into clear, actionable territory execution plans.
- Ensure disciplined use of CRM systems and data tools (including Power BI) to manage pipeline and performance.
- Audit sales activity, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health to drive continuous improvement.
- Reinforce Westeck values and sales standards across the team.
- Lead initiatives that improve process efficiency, reporting accuracy, and sales effectiveness.
What You Bring
- 7–10+ years of progressively senior experience in sales leadership, including direct management of sales teams.
- Proven success driving revenue growth and gross margin performance.
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
