About the role
Under the responsibility of the Private Label Director, the incumbent will work closely with customers in order to introduce new Private Brand products in the market. The person will act as project manager and will be the internal link between operations, internal and external contacts as well as support the Director in their role.

Key activities
- Coordinate new product development with different internal and external contacts: label approval, printing, first production planning, sample request etc.
- Track inventories closely and manage label transitions, unique ingredients and finished goods inventory.
- Code creation and setup in our system for all new items.
- PO creation for all invoices related to Private Label projects.
- Ensure communication between the sales team and the Private Label team.
- Track depletion report closely in order to minimize product destruction.
Required Training And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant/equivalent experience.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the food industry (asset) CPG or Canadian retail.
Skills sought
- Bilingualism French/English (essential: frequent exchanges with unilingual English or French colleagues, clients and suppliers in Canada and abroad).
- Office suite knowledge: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, BPCS.
- Excellent sense of initiative, resourcefulness and a high level of autonomy.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks is required.
