DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage cost estimates, budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Assign tasks to team members and provide progress feedback.
• Monitor deliverables and measure success against defined metrics.
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Prepare work orders and statements of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with design and construction teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, representing Telehouse professionally.
• Organize and submit project documentation and product data sheets.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth handover, operational readiness, and long-term sustainability of delivered projects.
• Execute projects under the leadership of the Projects Director, integrating insights from internal experts and aligning with directives from TELEHOUSE Canada Technical Leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects in Canada.
• Experience in data centers or high-reliability environments is a plus.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid technical understanding of construction and project management practices.
