Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. In this position, the individual will welcome customers to the showroom, identify their needs, and present suitable vehicle options and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, preparing quotes, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing. The role involves maintaining up-to-date product and pricing knowledge, following up with prospective and existing customers, and documenting all interactions in the company’s customer relationship management systems. The Sales Consultant will also collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and meet individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Basic knowledge of automotive products and features, or a strong willingness to learn and stay current with industry trends. Solid organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple customers, follow-ups, and documentation effectively. Comfort working with point-of-sale systems, CRM tools, and standard office software. Ability to work on-site full time in Toronto, ON, including evenings and weekends as needed. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in retail, automotive, or consultative sales is an asset. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an advantage.
