Description 3 Month Contract position with possibility of extension
The Recruiting Advisor will support various clients across Canada. We’re seeking motivated go‑getters who can combine a proactive, sales‑driven approach with strong knowledge of the Internet, social media platforms, and technology. The ideal candidate is eager to succeed in a fun, energetic, fast‑paced, and constantly evolving environment. This is a contract position with the potential for extension.
Responsibilities
- High productivity will be expected and required to work effectively in this dynamic environment.
- Proficient with Internet search engines & social networking.
- Responsible for the recruitment process- sourcing, interviewing, offers etc.
- Tech-savvy and enjoys working with interactive technology gadgets.
- Enjoys finding and creating ways to connect with target talent.
- Enjoys talking to new people - Not afraid to cold-call.
- Other miscellaneous duties assigned.
Qualifications
- One year of recruiting experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in Both English and French (written and verbal), highly articulate, and attentive to detail.
- Outgoing, energetic, goal‑oriented, and customer‑service minded.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage urgent requirements while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient with email and Microsoft Office Suite; strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
- Understand required candidate profiles and promote Acosta’s brand effectively.
- Conduct pre‑screens, reference checks.
- Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain an active candidate pool.
This role requires a bilingual candidate. The successful applicant will be expected to post daily updates in English on the client’s Microsoft Teams channel, participate in meetings, and maintain consistent, professional communication with the client in English.
