We're currently seeking a General Sales Manager who thrives on supporting and driving a sales team to achieve excellence. If you're someone who leads from the front, mentors through action, and creates a winning culture, this could be your next big move.
Pay Range:
- $120,000 - $165,000 Annually
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of dealership sales management experience
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a successful sales team
- A clear, process-driven approach to sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality
- Experience as a Used Car Manager is a plus
Who You Are:
- A self-motivated, results-focused leader
- Honest, enthusiastic, and customer-centric
- Able to coach and inspire both new and seasoned sales consultants
- Comfortable handling performance issues through hands-on coaching and support
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management, including factory orders
- Ensure optimal use of incentives and sales programs
- Provide ongoing sales training, follow-ups, and support with internet/phone leads
- Lead sales process management: desking deals, appraisals, and customer engagement
- Drive department performance, including volume, gross, and F&I goals
Requirements:
- Valid OMVIC and G-class driver's license
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Clean criminal record and driving abstract required prior to start
