What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving Sales Growth: Lead and implement sales strategies to achieve gross margin targets and expand market share across Canada.
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, co-operatives, and key stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
- Market Analysis: Work with our partners to conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new product launches and competitive positioning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Canadian team to identify R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to align product offerings with market needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize strategies and report progress to senior management. You can monitor and track progress with your proficiency in the use of technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM database systems.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their productivity and profitability.
