Position Overview We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager of Online Operations to lead a talented team of web designers and digital project specialists. This role is central to shaping and delivering engaging online experiences—from promotional banners and landing pages to full ecommerce and interconnected shopping journeys. The ideal candidate will combine creative leadership with operational rigor to ensure digital content and experiences are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire an Online Creative Team Guide a group of designers and project experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide mentorship, set clear expectations, and support career development.
  • Oversee Digital Production Manage the end-to-end process of creating web content, ensuring projects are scoped accurately, delivered on time, and aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Drive Operational Excellence Streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and implement best practices for content creation and deployment.
  • Collaborate Across Functions Partner with teams across the organization such as UX, Marketing, Content and Online Category Experience to deliver impactful and engaging online experiences.
  • Ensure Quality and Consistency Maintain high standards for design, usability, and performance. Review deliverables for accuracy, accessibility, and brand alignment.
  • Monitor and Improve Use analytics and user feedback to assess content effectiveness and identify opportunities for refinement and innovation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience managing digital teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of web design, UX principles, and ecommerce platforms.
  • Ability to conceptualize and articulate creative strategies that align with brand objectives and onsite goals.
  • Skilled in project management tools and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Adobe AEM and responsive design.
  • Skilled in developing and refining processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:

  • Sr Manager of SEO and Content
  • Team of specialists reporting into this position

Travel Requirements:

  • Limited – generally limited to the GTA stores and Innovation Centre

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended Sitting

Hybrid Work:

  • In Person – 4 days per week

Working Conditions: Working in an office setting: computer work, camera on virtual meetings, taking support calls

Minimum Education: University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience.
