About the role

Are you a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about improving client experience and supporting care teams? If so, we are looking for you! Brightisle is a leading provider of health and community care services in Newfoundland and Labrador. We are energized by the challenge to improve our collective health and well-being and to make care better. Our approach to services and programs is flexible and dynamic, embracing innovation and technology – while always keeping people and communities front and centre. Our programs combined employ over 1000 individuals in the direct delivery of health and community care-related services.

CareGivers, a Brightisle program, provides person-centered home health services across Newfoundland and Labrador. Our team is dedicated to helping people stay safe, healthy, and supported in the comfort of their own homes.

We're on the hunt for the one! We are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to support high-quality client care across all regions. Reporting to the Manager of Client Care, this role is responsible for coordinating client intake, monitoring service quality, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily client intake and onboarding, including entering client data and care plans into our system
  • Perform in-house supervisory visits to assess caregiver performance and client satisfaction through employee engagement initiatives, performance review processes, and client progress notes.
  • Generate and analyze daily KPI reports to identify discrepancies to ensure data integrity
  • Manage, coach, and develop Home Support Workers while utilizing a supportive, reflective, values-aligned approach.
  • Manage compliments, complaints, and contribute to risk management and safety practices
  • Monitor training requirements and schedule delegations as needed, ensuring annual renewals are up to date.

What you'll bring

  • A passion for leading and supporting teams, with experience supervising staff and fostering a positive work environment.
  • The ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities with confidence.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to document clearly and professionally
  • Solid technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A solutions-oriented mindset — you enjoy identifying challenges, improving processes, and making things run more smoothly
  • A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are required for this role.

Welcome aboard! Expect an environment where no two days are the same. Embrace every opportunity to learn and grow while being constantly guided by our Core Values, Everyone Matters, Be Honest and Kind, Make it Happen, Find a Better Way, and Have Fun!

We offer a competitive compensation package, with group health and dental benefits, RRSPs and a variety of technology supports (to name a few). If you think you'd be an excellent contributor to our team, please apply!

This position does not require a post-secondary degree. Brightisle is conscious of barriers to post-secondary education for many people and while we highly value education and continuous learning, we believe that education can be achieved in many ways that are not limited to formal post-secondary
