Job Summary The Network Operations Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Nutrien’s enterprise network infrastructure. This role is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing network systems across multiple sites, supporting both corporate and field operations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical acumen, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor network performance and availability using enterprise tools (e.g., Cisco Merkaki, SolarWinds, Cisco DNA Center, etc.).
  • Respond to and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support WAN, LAN, WLAN, and cloud network environments.
  • Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and asset inventories.
  • Assist in the implementation of network upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Support network security initiatives, including firewall rule reviews and vulnerability remediation.
  • Responsible for supporting our corporate Physical Security platforms for Access Control(Gallagher), Network Video Surveillance Systems(Solink and Milestone), and Emergency Communication. Systems(InformaCast).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of network operations processes and automation.

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in network operations or infrastructure support.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
  • Experience with Cisco(Catalyst & Meraki), Palo Alto, or similar network platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure, AWS) is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, time management and documentation abilities.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
