About the role

Background
Applications are now being accepted for a Temporary Part-Time Clerk to work in 2 Centre/North. The successful applicant will be required to work days and afternoons Monday-Sunday. The commitment to this position is 37.50 hours per bi-weekly pay period. Please note, this is a temporary position scheduled to end on or before June 29, 2026.

Education

  • Diploma in a recognized Medial Administration program or equivalent experience
  • Medical Terminology

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records software preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities effectively
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
  • May be required to undergo skills and ability testing

Work Experience

  • Six (6) months related experience preferred
