Join our team as an Energy Engineer III. As an Energy Engineer III you will support energy savings and emissions reduction initiatives through advanced engineering analysis, energy modeling, and Measurement & Verification (M&V) activities. In this role, you’ll lead energy audits across commercial, and institutional facilities, and contribute to demand‑side management (DSM) programs for utility clients.
This is a remote role based in Saskatchewan, with regular travel to client sites around the province, with a focus in and around Regina and Saskatoon.

- Independently perform energy audits and assessments across diverse building types.
- Lead engineering studies for energy‑saving initiatives and deliver technical reports.
- Calculate energy savings using standard engineering principles (including physics, mechanics, fan laws, and thermodynamics).
- Analyze logged and sub‑metered energy consumption data.
- Develop Measurement & Verification (M&V) plans and reports.
- Conduct QA/QC reviews of engineering deliverables.
- Lead client engagements and clearly communicate technical findings.
Exciting candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation.
- 4+ years of experience in energy management or a related field.
- Proven experience conducting energy audits in commercial facilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness and ability to travel for customer site visits (approximately 50%).
Preferred requirements:
- Measurement & Verification certification (CMVP or equivalent).
- Experience in working with utility-driven energy conservation programs.
- Familiarity with energy data logging and sub-metering.
Target Compensation:
$90,000 - $103,000
Compensation Range
$81,300.00 - $141,100.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
