About the role
Tasks
- Prepare month-end journal entries (provisions, depreciation, reallocations) and ensure the accuracy of consolidated reports.
- Analyze project expenses and propose cost-optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers to adjust financial tracking.
- Support management in financial modeling for international expansion.
- Oversee international accounting operations and ensure compliance.
- Manage inventory, manufacturing costs, and a participate in annual inventory counts.
- Optimize internal controls and assist in internal and external audits.
- Contribute to budget preparation through detailed analysis.
- Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written (approximately 50% of communication in English).
- CPA designation.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in accounting.
- Experience in the mining industry (a strong asset).
