About the role
What you will be doing:
The Electronics Supervisor is responsible to plan, assign, supervise and review the work of the team, you'll inspect, analyze and diagnose a variety of communication and electronic systems to ensure functionality and efficiency providing direction and guidance, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and according to policies and procedures.

- Coordinate Tech’s work schedules
- Responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment
- Ensure the repair and adjustments of pneumatic, electrical and electronic systems and replacement of defective parts
- Follow and write calibration programs
- Responsible for performing PC based calibration/configuration programs
- Documentation of work performed
- Consult with operators to troubleshoot and solve problems with equipment
- Responsible for installing new control systems into existing processes
- Test repaired equipment and sign off that it is ready for work
- Manage electronic upgrade projects and applications
- Manage electronic parts inventory, work order completions and daily repairs
- Responsible for ensuring all PM inspections and repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Enforces and instructs all of STEP’s policies and procedures
- Oversees and provides support to Field E-Techs, on call Electronic/Instrumentation Techs and pumping crews
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- All other related duties assigned by the Electronics Manager
- Adhere to the companies HSE policies and procedures
Provides daily and evening phone/tech support to field staff

What we require:
**Related education:**Diploma or equivalent in Electronics Engineering Technology, Journeyman Electrician or Journeyman Instrumentation and Control Technician, accompanied by 5 years' experience.
**Class 5 driver’s license:**Clean driver’s abstract is required with no learner conditions.
**Physical ability:**You will perform hard manual labor.
**Safety focus:**We live and work by an Always Safe, Always Professional mindset (ASAP)
