Senior Paid Media Strategist and Media Lead
At MVR Digital, we are scaling fast and looking for an expert who can elevate multi channel performance, lead with clarity, and own outcomes. This role is media focused first, you will own strategy, execution, and optimization across key accounts, and you will be client facing to discuss strategy and performance. Over time you will mentor media buyers and act as the quality gatekeeper for media across MVR. We are looking for a Head of Paid Media to lead the agency’s paid media department. This role combines high level strategy, client communication, and team leadership. You will oversee a team of media buyers, own the strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube, and partner closely with account managers and creative to drive client success. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a performance driven environment and can guide and scale a high performing digital advertising function.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute multi channel paid media strategies aligned to client goals, budgets, and KPIs
- Manage and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Microsoft Ads including daily optimization, structured testing, and budget pacing
- Analyze performance by audience, creative, placement, keyword, and funnel stage to guide decisions and roadmaps
- Plan and run ongoing experiments across creative, segmentation, bidding, and landing pages
- Proactively flag risks, diagnose underperformance, and implement fixes with clear hypotheses and expected impact
- Act as the eyes and ears on paid media performance with daily monitoring so nothing is missed
- Review and QA campaign builds from other buyers before launch and provide actionable feedback
- Partner with Client Success to build reporting cadence, craft clear narratives, and prepare monthly decks with insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with brand strategy and creative to brief assets that match funnel needs and testing plans
- Partner with analytics and technical teams to ensure clean tracking, UTM hygiene, GA4 and GTM accuracy, and workable attribution
- Mentor junior media buyers and contribute to shared processes, templates, and documentation
What You’ll Bring
- Five or more years of hands on paid media experience in an agency or high growth environment
- Proven success managing large budgets at scale, 100k dollars per month or more across platforms, with clear ROAS and CPA improvements
- Deep expertise across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube, plus strong Meta fundamentals and working knowledge of LinkedIn, TikTok, and Microsoft Ads
- Fluency with GA4, Looker Studio, attribution concepts, and testing frameworks
- Sharp analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail, especially in QA and tracking
- Excellent English communication skills, confident in client facing settings
- Bias for ownership, thoughtful pushback, and clear decision making
