About The Opportunity
Position Summary
This position is responsible for greeting customers and visitors with a positive, professional, and customer focused demeanor while working independently to provide a high level of administrative support across all departments.
Essential Job Functions
The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.
- Courteously serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Prepare confidential departmental reports by collecting information, compiling into appropriate format, print, proof, and distribute to appropriate company personnel
- Coordinate and track facility programs
- Maintain conference rooms – supplies, cleanliness, and calendar(s)
- Ensure adequate office and kitchen supplies are available, replenish and reconcile supplies as needed, and complete expense reports for purchased supplies and other purchases
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets and presentations as needed , record meeting minutes
- Prepare photo ID’s
- Arrange courier pickups and drop offs
- Handle calls, route to appropriate individual, and ensure customers, vendors, and employees are handled in a professional and courteous manner
- Arrange meetings and make travel arrangements as requested
- Assist with employee recognition, appreciation functions, holiday gatherings, etc.
- Ensures and supports to make sure Food safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP is always followed.
- Performs other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of and ability to manage the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the function or department
- Knowledge of processes, tools and services for managing the acquisition, maintenance and dissemination of physical and electronic information
- Ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams
- Knowledge of and ability to use office support tools available at the desktop (e.g., word processing, e-mail, presentation software and spreadsheets)
- Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers or workstations
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting
